The restaurant is located in the Butcher's old workshop and is accessible via Wycker Brugstraat. Here, too, meat plays an important role. Chef Alan Oostrom and his team present a menu of refined dishes that highlight special parts of the animal. The showpiece in the kitchen is the Southbend grill, which provides a pure taste of the meat.
